Common issues
The clipboard panel does not open with Ctrl+V
Clipboard Studio Pro needs Accessibility permission to listen for the global shortcut. Open macOS System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, thenAccessibility, and make sure Clipboard Studio Pro is enabled.
Clipboard history is missing or incomplete
Some copied content may be cleared by the source app or may exceed the app's configured size limits. If the issue keeps happening, email support with the type of content you copied and the app you copied it from.
Billing, refunds, or purchase problems
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. For billing support, visitreportaproblem.apple.comor review your purchase history in the Mac App Store.
